Without a shadow of a doubt the most dangerous derelict building I have explored to date and I personally wouldn't recommend anyone hunting this one down to explore.
However bizarrely enough it's definately one of my favourite places, I love the fact it looks creepy and yet when I entered the premises the only scary thing about it was the danger of the state its found itself...
I can definately see me making a revisit to this place soon...
